Scripture Memory

 

We are passionate about knowing God and, therefore, knowing his Word. We have a desire to minister with the heart of God and it is amazing to see the transformation take place in students' lives when they begin to memorize and apply God's Word. We want God's Word hidden in our hearts as a storehouse to be pulled from--whether we are in the thick of ministry or seeking out God's will for our own lives--His Word will guide us and direct us into His truth.

As a student in Master's Commission, you will have the opportunity to memorize over 240 verses in ten months. Every week a scripture test is given where you will be tested on eight to ten verses. At the end of each trimester there is a scripture final where you will be tested on all the verses memorized from that trimester. Hopefully, by the end of each trimester God's Word is so embedded in your mind and heart that you will rememer it and rely on it for years to come.
